This salad has it all - it’s sweet and smoky from the orange and paprika, it’s fresh and wholesome from the chickpeas and veg, its crunchy from the almonds, and salty halloumi makes a great topping and means it’s high in protein (over 30g per portion).

Apart from the halloumi, there’s no cooking involved here either.

Get chopping and mixing and enjoy as a healthy lunch to take to work, a sharing salad for a bbq or family meal, or as a summery dinner. Enjoy!
